My stay was quite a mixed bag. While the location of the hotel was excellent, giving easy access to local attractions and restaurants, the cleanliness of the room left much to be desired. However, I did appreciate the friendly staff who were quick to assist when I had concerns about my initial room.

I had a decent stay at the Best Western Glasgow Hotel, thanks to its excellent location and friendly staff. The room was warm and the cleanliness was on point, which I appreciated. However, the breakfast left a lot to be desired; the plates were cold, and the food didn’t taste fresh. Overall, I would consider staying here again, primarily due to the location and value for money.

My stay at Best Western Glasgow was a mixed bag. While I found the staff to be friendly and the location convenient, my room had quite a few issues that made the experience less enjoyable. The room was spacious, but it had cleanliness concerns and dated elements that detracted from the comfort. Overall, it was an okay experience but could use significant improvements. 😕

My room felt spacious, which was a plus, but it had a general dirty feeling and I found some dirty items in the drawers. The bed, while decent in size, did not offer the comfort I expected for a restful sleep. Additionally, I had issues with the noise from the thin walls. 🛏️
Service

The staff were genuinely friendly and quick to help, but there were moments where the service felt lacking, especially during breakfast when it was hard to get attention for issues like the missing soap. It seemed like they were overwhelmed during busy times. 🛎️

Unfortunately, the breakfast left much to be desired. The continental options were limited, and though I was expecting a cooked breakfast, I was disappointed to find I needed to pay extra for it. The coffee service was also lacking, making the morning not as pleasant as I hoped. 🍽️
Facilities
5.0
The facilities were basic, and while I had access to essential amenities, the dated corridors and some missing features took away from the experience. Housekeeping could improve their attention to detail as well.
